About Sean C. Walker

While I have several areas of legal concentration, my main focus is on real estate law, real estate transactions, and litigations concerning real estate. I am also familiar with estate planning and administration, contract law, construction law, civil litigation, and corporate and business law.

As a North Carolina native, I’m familiar with the people and places here, and I understand the law, how it applies here and how it affects the people of North Carolina. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and then from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. I spent a large part of my career with one of the state’s top law firms as a partner for nearly 20 years before starting my own practice.

Now I am able to focus on different and better ways to practice law. I think and practice outside the box, never allowing myself to be held back by the same tired concepts many others can’t seem to break away from. By stepping off the beaten path, I have seen huge successes for my clients.

While I know the law and can provide top-tier legal solutions, I know I’m not always the most important person in every transaction. You are. And in my work, you’ll feel that throughout the process, as I work hard to maintain your level of importance and your confidence in me.
